Welcome guys to joyfulbite.info Today I will be sharing with you all, a Juice Diet Plan to help you lose 2 kgs in 1 day super effectively. So basically, this is a detox Juice Diet Plan to help you cleanse your system, remove all the water retention, bloating, swelling from the body very quickly.
Also super effective for all of those who are stuck with their weight and have reached a plateau state and they are not able to lose their weight anymore. So this Juice Diet Plan works wonders as it has for lots of my clients. Recently, lots of clients followed this diet plan for immense weight loss and they were able to see a huge transformation happening for themselves.

You should follow this juice diet plan at least once a week to get highly effective weight loss results. So let’s proceed further.
Early Morning Drink
For an early morning drink, we’ll have simple lukewarm lemon water in which you can add a pinch of cinnamon powder and a pinch of black pepper powder. This helps to cleanse your system in the morning itself, detoxify your body, skin and red blood cells at the same time high in vitamin C to give you a good boost for metabolism throughout the day.
Breakfast
Proceeding towards our breakfast option for juice diet plan. For breakfast we’ll have our usual ABC juice. Apple beetroot carrot juice which helps in purifying your red blood cells, removes all the water retention super quickly and works wonders for weight loss as well. Now for juicing I’m using here cold pressed slow juicer.
Juicer makes the process super easy and at the same time it does not contain any kind of inflammatory process to juice it out. So you don’t get any kind of inflammation as well when you create your juices. So I’m first adding this apple. Now I’ve chopped one apple. You can use two apples if you’re making for two persons out there.
Adding to this one whole beetroot. Beetroot basically is high in fiber and promotes the growth of good bacteria in your gut. Highly effective when it comes to your immune system boosting properties. So you add one whole beetroot to the juice and then I am adding approximately 2 to 3 carrots to this. Letting it juice out and our ABC juice is ready. Have it for your breakfast and you’ll be amazed to see the weight loss results. Proceeding towards our mid morning snack.
Mid Morning Snack.
For a mid morning snack you can have one glass of fresh coconut water but make sure it is only fresh and not packed in any form. This will help you give the good electrolyte content of the entire day and also to give you the best hydration possible in the natural form.
Lunch
Proceeding towards our lunch option for juice diet plan. This is one of my favorite juices because in summer season you can definitely juice
this out and get the most benefits of the fruits used in this juice. Now here I’m preparing watermelon juice in which I’ll be adding lots of other juices as well. So I first added carrot, cucumber, then I’m adding watermelon here. I have chopped the watermelon already and then I’m adding to this apple and lemon. Now this is all your choice,
if you want to add apples you can add it or skip it at the same time and lemon is also optional but definitely adds a great taste and kick to the juice. Juice it out and you’ll be amazed to see the high fiber and weight loss properties of this juice. Watermelon is 95% water and is best when it comes to reducing inflammation in the body. Mid Evening juice
Proceeding towards our mid-evening snack for juice diet plan. For this you can have 1 cup of freshly brewed matcha tea. Now if we are on a weight loss journey then why not do it properly. 1 cup of matcha tea is equal to 10 cups of green tea. The antioxidant level is super high, an achievable belly fat cutter and amazing weight loss results have been seen with this drink. It is the most organic and best quality matcha that you can get and enjoy it for your fat loss journey.
Dinner
Proceeding towards our dinner for which we’ll have simple and as easy as possible orange and apple juice. Now I’m squeezing here at least two big sized oranges, you can use quinoa or morsemi at the same time if it’s available to you in the season. Add two apples for this juice and you can see how great the color looks.
It is super yummy, super nutritious, high in fiber and very good in vitamin C at the same time.
