Today I am sharing a 15 Mins instant breakfast recipe made without wheat, rice or all purpose flour and it takes just under 15 minutes to make. 15 Mins Instant Breakfast Recipe

This weight loss recipe made without wheat or all purpose flour full of nutrients which give you energy and make your day. 

Recipe # 1

Ingredients

  • 3  Potatoes
  • 1  onion finely chopped
  • 1  medium sized carrot grated
  • 1  green chili finely chopped
  • 2  tsp sesame seeds
  • ¼ tsp turmeric powder
  • ⅓ tsp Black pepper
  • ⅓ tsp jeera
  • 2  tsp besan
  • 3  tsp sprouted Millet flour
  • some coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste

Preparation

Peel three medium-sized potatoes. These are not boiled potatoes, these are raw potatoes. So once the raw potatoes are peeled and rinsed, I am grating them into a bowl. The raw potatoes are peeled. Into that I am adding in some water and I am rinsing the potatoes a couple of times. This is to help release the starch in the potatoes.

Just take out some potatoes like this and squeeze so that you can remove the water. You need to do this at least 2 or 3 times until the water runs clear. And once the potatoes are rinsed, add in some more water. And you can see that the water is almost clear now. I am going to allow the grated potatoes to soak in the water till I get the other ingredients ready. Once the other ingredients are ready, simply squeeze the grated potatoes.

And place it onto another bowl. Into this I am adding in 1 onion finely chopped, 1 medium sized carrot grated, 1 green chili finely chopped, some coriander leaves, 2 tsp sesame seeds for some extra calcium, pink Himalayan salt as needed, ¼ tsp turmeric powder, ⅓ tsp freshly ground black pepper powder, ⅓ tsp jeera, jeera will help with digestion and also gives an amazing flavor. For some added protein, 2 tsp besan, 3 tsp sprouted millet flour.

Millet is also known as finger millet. Sprouted millet flour is easy to digest, effective for weight loss the vitamin C level tends to increase and leads to easy absorption of iron into the bloodstream. And with my hand, I am mixing all this really well. Into this, I am adding in a couple of handfuls of water and giving it a mix. Some more extra water. Anywhere between 1 8th cup to 1 4th cup water will be needed. So add water little by little till you get the desired consistency. And once it is nicely mixed, You should be able to spread it with your thumb. So this is the consistency of the batter.

Now heat tawa and add about a tsp of oil, And with a spoon and shape it into a round. Trying not to make big medium-sized cheelas of this size will be ideal. So add water cautiously as needed. About a minute later, open the lid and carefully flip it over You can see how crispy the aloo cheela has come. You can enjoy this crispy aloo cheela with any side dish of your choice or even with pickle.

Recipe #2

loki and millet chilla

Ingredients

  • 1 cup grated loki
  • ¼ tsp black pepper powder 
  • coriander leaves
  • 1 green chili finely chopped
  • 1 tsp red chili flakes
  • 1 tsp jeera
  • ⅓  tsp turmeric powder
  • ¼  tsp hing
  • 3 tsp besan flour
  • 1 cup of jowar flour
  • Salt to taste

Preparation 

Into a bowl I’m adding 1 cup grated loki. Loki is also known as bottle gourd. Into add ¼ tsp black pepper powder, coriander leaves finely chopped, 1 green chili finely chopped, 1 tsp red chili flakes, 1 tsp jeera, ⅓  tsp turmeric powder, ¼  tsp hing, pink Himalayan salt as needed, add and with my hand I’m mixing all this really well into this I’m adding in 1 cup of jowar flour. Jowar is also known as sorghum, it is a highly nutritious millet and it is completely gluten free. I’m adding in 3 tsp besan flour and with my hand I’m gonna mix all this really well.

Add2 tablespoon water and give this a good mix the addition of water will depend upon the type of jowar flour you are using I’m using stone ground jowar atta. Jowar is rich in fiber and the high fiber helps to keep you filled fuller for a longer time. Thus it helps in weight loss and weight management. it also will depend upon the moisture content in the loki so add water accordingly and once it has been kneaded you should be able to spread it with your thumb.

 Flattening it out into a round roti. Now heat iron tawa drizzling in a little bit of oil then place roti on tawa and allow the roti to get cooked, Now flip the roti and allow that side to get cooked.  Once that side is done, carefully flip it over and serve to a plate. Repeat the same thing with the rest of the dough. And my super healthy gluten-free to a plate. Repeat the same thing with the rest of the dough.
